During the meeting new benefits were introduced and they will be added to the extensive Agents Benefits Package, already in existence.
We need to incorporate new courses in our training as the real estate industry evolves, says Emilio J. Cardenal, Broker and Executive President of Interinvestments Realty. For example, when short sales and foreclosures were entering the market we needed to educate our sales team to better understand the process, so they could properly assist their customers, which were buying or selling during that time of the market.
Today, we are using new technology to go paperless. Our agents are now using Dotloop, an electronic signature application to allow our clients, buyers or sellers to execute documents using iPad or any other mobile device, as their smart phone Dotloop is an excellent tool to use when your clients are traveling and do not have access to a computer to print and sign documents. Its fast and easy to use, continues Cardenal.
We train our Agents on marketing themselves on websites like Zillow and Trulia, which link back to their real estate website using our LinkBuilder.pro, a powerful application that we use to enhance exposure. Blogging has been a proven way to increase your page ranking on the web, adds Cardenal. Our AdBuilder.pro is another tool we have developed that our agents use to promote a particular listing, a development or city. It helps them to create fresh ads in seconds, which are rich in keywords and metatags to boost its effectiveness on Craiglist, Backpage, Facebook, and may others.
One of the new benefits that we are offering to our agents is Accidental and Hospital Group coverage. The agents are very appreciative to be able to obtain a insurance coverage at such a low rate, and we are delighted to provide this for them.
