Dr Oz's Enzyme Boosting Green Drink | Weight Loss | A Healthy ...

If you saw Dr. Oz last month, you may have seen his new enzyme boosting green drink.

A diet rich in enzymes can increase energy and stamina, as well as support weight loss, healthy skin, and overall good health.

A lot of the symptoms of low enzymes that Dr. Oz described, are some of the very ones that I have experienced personally, so I started asking around and I found a lot of people were experiencing the exact same symptoms. ?Funny how none of us realized that they may be caused by low enzyme?activity.

How many of these symptoms do you have on a regular basis?

Shocking isn?t it, things that may have made you think ?I?m getting old?, ?I need to go to bed earlier?, ?I need some Ex-Lax or?Imodium?? whatever your thoughts were, your symptoms might just indicate low enzyme?activity. Dr. Oz made me wonder more about enzymes?(What are they? Why do I need them? Why are mine low?), so I started checking it out.

I discovered just how important enzymes are to my health and my body?s happiness. ?Low enzymes can be directly linked to chronic disease, low energy, aches and pains, weight gain ? and you just thought you we?re just getting old ? I know, who knew.

You may remember as a child, an abundance of energy ? ?those were the good ol? days when you had an abundance of enzymes; as a matter of fact you had enzymes to burn. ?But, as we get older, our enzymes begin to deplete due lifestyle and environmental factors.

Lifestyle and dietary habits that require excessive amounts of enzymes to digest our foods?

  • Poor dietary habits
  • Fast food obsessions
  • Excessive intake of fat and sugars
  • Stress

Environmental pollution?has an effect on our immune system, as does time. ?In fact, time is a huge?factor; just living uses up enzymes that must be replaced.

All is not lost ? you can still enjoy the youthful lifestyle that you enjoyed in years gone by.

One of the best and easiest ways is to choose foods that are high in enzymes?(like raw pineapple). ?That?s why I love Dr. Oz?s Enzyme Boosting Breakfast Drink. ?It?s quick, easy, and yummmmy!

This ?green drink recipe? is high in fiber, low-calorie and rich in vitamins.
